Family History (Inbody-Thompson)  We have been working for over a quarter of a century to gather the family history of the Inbody and Thompson family in America.  We hope you find some of the information here useful.  If you find inaccuracies or something not quite complete, please shoot us a note and we will get back to you as soon as we can.

 Amateur Radio (AD0K)

Don has been an amateur radio (ham) radio operator for over a quarter century.  He has lots of fun with it and would enjoy showing you some of what makes that hobby so interesting.

 BuffaloGrass

Music has also been part of Don's life...since the very beginning, in fact.  Since he met Howard and Scott, and the idea of forming a small bluegrass/traditional music group came up, BuffaloGrass have been enjoying life and figuring out how to share their enjoyment with others.   Check out BuffaloGrass!

Heart of Texas Chorus

Well, Don just doesn't have enough to keep himself busy, so he went and joined the Heart of Texas Chorus, a Barbershop chorus in San Marcos, Texas, just down the road from Buda.  He is singing Baritone and really enjoying it.  The chorus has competed at the international level and has been rated the number 10 chorus out of 800 some odd.  They go to Nashville, this year, for the international competition.

 Jeannine's Weather Center

Jeannine has been fascinated by weather for a long time.  She tells of sitting on the front porch of her house with her dad watching the Kansas thunderstorms form and come in from the west.  Then, after she became acquainted with the Weather Channel, she was hooked even more firmly and often would simply ask to see the radar so she could make her own forecast.  Well, since June 16, 2005, it has been operational and is automatically reporting the current conditions at our house 24 hours a day to several official locations including NOAA.  Check out the weather at Jeannine's Weather Center.

The Edwards Aquifer

The Edwards Aquifer is a unique groundwater system and one of the most prolific artesian aquifers in the world.  It is one of the greatest natural resources on Earth, serving the diverse agricultural, industrial, recreational, and domestic needs of almost two million users in south central Texas.  Within this region and poised on the edge of the vast Chihuahuan desert lies San Antonio, America's 7th largest city, as well as Austin, the capitol of the state and its surrounding towns (including Buda and our home).
